Group or Whole House Bookings
Bring your friends and enjoy quality time, fun and sharing at Bundanoon Lodge, the perfect base to enjoy the beautiful Southern Highlands and the magnificent Morton National Park. Group and whole-house bookings are available for groups of 6-16 people. Visit our local wineries, meander around the glorious gardens of Red Cow Farm, pack a picnic lunch and enjoy the wildlife at Gambells Rest. The more adventurous can walk the trail to the Glow Worm Glen and marvel at nature’s extraordinary light spectacle after dark. Alternatively, you may prefer to simply stay at the Lodge and enjoy the peace and quiet. Put your feet up in the library, guest lounge or deck chair and read or discuss a book, watch a Netflix movie, play cards, work out a jigsaw, or take a leisurely walk to the village for a morning coffee and newspaper. Bundanoon Lodge offers:
Six guest rooms with either a queen or king bed with en-suite (some rooms have an additional single bed and a sofa bed)
One guest room with a queen bed and external bathroom
One guest room with double/single bunk and external bathroom
All rooms are air-conditioned and centrally heated during winter. A wood burning fire is available for guests in the guest lounge
All rooms have their own TV as well as a small fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Most rooms also have a sink and microwave. Two rooms have a spa bath
Large guest lounge with 55” smart TV for Netflix movies or that special game of footie and a wood burning fire
Fully equipped kitchen
Large gas BBQ

What is the difference between a group and whole-house booking?
Group Bookings
A group booking is defined as a booking made by one person for 4 or more rooms. Rooms not booked by the group will be offered to other guests
Minimum of two nights stay is applicable for group bookings
A full cooked breakfast is included in the room rate
A 10% discount applies for group bookings made direct with the Lodge
50% non-refundable deposit payable on confirmation of booking
Remaining 50% to be made 7 days prior to the date of stay
It is recommended that group bookings be made directly with the Lodge. Group bookings made through a third party agent (i.e. Booking.com) are not eligible for a discount and the full rate will be charged when booking is confirmed
A valid credit card must be provided for security purposes but all payments are to be made by bank transfer
Group leader (person who makes the booking) is responsible for co-ordinating the members of the group and providing the Lodge with the names of the group members
2. Whole-House Bookings
A whole-house booking is defined as a booking made by one person for all rooms whether the rooms are occupied by members of the group or remain empty
Maximum 16 guests (including children). Six guest rooms with en-suites.
Minimum of two nights stay or three nights over a NSW Public Holiday weekend, (New Years, Easter, Queens Birthday, Labour Day and Christmas)
Whole-house bookings will not be accepted through a third-party agent. Bookings must be made directly with the Lodge.
Breakfast is not included in the whole-house rate
Dinner can be provided by our caterer and either delivered to the Lodge for self-service or a full waiter service can be provided for special events
Linen and towels are supplied
Weekly rate (Sunday - Thursday) - $1200 per night
Weekend/Holiday rate (Friday/Saturday) - $1400 per night
50% non-refundable deposit payable on confirmation of booking
Remaining 50% to be made 7 days prior to the date of stay

Group leader (person who makes the booking) is responsible for co-ordinating the members of the group and providing the Lodge with the names of the group members staying in each room 7 days prior to the date of stay. The Group Leader is also responsible for handling all queries/requests and is the main contact between the Lodge and group members
The BBQ and kitchen are available for your exclusive use. There is no charge for either the use of the BBQ or the kitchen facilities but after use the facilities must be cleaned and left as found. A cleaning fee of $35 per hour or part thereof will be charged if a cleaner must be engaged
Bundanoon Lodge does not have a liquor licence. Guests are welcome to BYO but must remove the used bottles on departure as the Lodge does not have a commercial garbage service. Groups who leave a large quantity of bottles behind for the Lodge to dispose of will be charged a cleaning and removal fee of $100.
